All data presented is subject to change periodically and without formal notice to any person, except as required by statute. The County of Randolph and the Assessor's Office do not provide any guarantee, nor liability assumed, as to the accuracy or reliability of any data posted. Real estate values receive annual certification by July 1st, with postings potentially occurring before, on, or after that date.
